Advise on Finding Help

There are eight major groups of goods and services available to help Veterans, ExOffenders and those experiencing Homelessness that can help them Transition (ReEnter) back into society.

In order to find service providers with the goods and services you need, you will need information on where you can find those service providers.  You will need information from sources such as; VSC's Website, Connect2Help or CHIP's Handbook for Help, plus access to phone and/or Internet services.  If you do not have access to the internet you can visit any library and use one of their computers with internet service.

Goods & Services: When calling service providers for help, it is recommended that you call more than one service provider for the goods and services you think you need. Usually, no one service provider can provide you or your family with everything you need. It is recommended that you consult with an experienced counselor, support coach, mentors, case manager or Veterans Service Officer from one of the below service providers that regularly works with Veterans and active Military personnel, ExOffenders or the Homeless. By having one of them interview you, they can better help you determine what goods, services, programs or benefits you may need, and/or be entitled too.
