Please Note:

HHOOT requests that our Participating Organizations and Partners make a minimum donation to help cover our transportation, warehouse, and insurance costs. Thank you in advance for your support.

For our Individual Homeless Friends – everything we receive from Midwest Foods, Second Helpings, the Lions Club, or CVS is provided free of charge.

HHOOT will only request a specific amount of money for a particular item when HHOOT has to purchase the item or HHOOT incurs additional transportation costs.

You Can Donate to (HDC) HHOOT's Distribution Center in three ways.

Donations or payments to HHOOT's Distribution Center are made to HRH's PayPal account not VSC.

1) Thru PayPal (Credit Cards) - Make your one-time Donation or an ongoing monthly Donation to support HHOOT's Distribution Center through HRH's PayPal account. HHOOT is 100% owned by HRH. HRH has been an IRS 501 (c)(3) since August 2008. Just click on the "Donate" button below & follow the instructions.

2) By Mail - Make your check or money order payable to "HHOOT" and mail to: 2457 E Washington St, Suite F, Indianapolis, IN 46201

3) In Person: Cash or check donations can be dropped off at our warehouse to Don Hawkins, President or Charlie Kootz, Warehoue Manager.

HHOOT is an Indiana Non-Profit Corporation that that was formed on the 11th of September 2019.
HHOOT is under the umbrella of HRH and shares its IRS 501 (c)(3) status.

Please make deliveries to our warehouse "behind" 30 S Temple Ave (click here for map).
(S Temple Ave is one block West of Rural St on E Washington St., Turn South on S Temple Ave and go to the end of the street, turn right inside the gate.)

For Medical, Physical Emergencies & Suicide Prevention:

Dial 988 from any phone and your call will be immediately routed to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. Hit #1 if you are a Veteran.
- The current Lifeline phone number (1-800-273-8255) is always available to people in emotional distress or suicidal crisis, even after 988 is launched nationally.,
If you or someone you are helping is hurt or in imminent danger, please get to a phone and dial 9-1-1 for immediate help.
If you or someone you know is feeling suicidal or facing a crisis, dial 2-1-1 in Indy or 1-(866) 211-9966 for immediate help.
If you are a victim of domestic violence, dial 1-(800) 332-7385 in Indy for help.

If you are a Veteran, or a family member of a Veteran, in search of information on how to get goods or services you/they may need, you can dial 2-1-1 or contact one of the Service Providers or Veterans Organizations listed on our "Resources" page.
Cellphone users in Marion County may now dial 3-1-1 to reach the non-emergency line for IMPD and other Marion County dispatchers. The non-emergency phone number for callers using landlines is (317) 327-3811.
